Nii Komiete Doku
Chairman of the Greater Accra Regional Football Association (GARFA) Nii Komiete Doku is optimistic to retain his seat in the forthcoming RFA elections on Monday.
He revealed in an interview that winning for another four year term will offer him the opportunity to continue his good works for the region.
To him, he has put in measures that will propel the region’s football to greater heights if given the mandate.
He added “Football management is about experience, and having served the late Jordan Anagblah for years, I consider myself as the best candidate to steer the affairs of football in the region.”
“So far, I have done so much in many aspects, and I expect my people to retain me in power come Monday.”
Under his watch, Kurt Okraku’s Dreams FC has gained promotion to the elite league as a Greater Accra Region side.
Nii Doku, whose main contender is Eugene Jacquaye has promised regular rendition of accounts in his quest to promote transparency.
