Herbal based fertility center Champion Divine Clinic has been awarded as the leading herbal clinic in Ghana.

The award was presented at the maiden edition of the West African Regional Magazine’s Annual Achievers Award held in Accra recently.

The event, which drew dignitaries from across the sub-region, was aimed at celebrating achievers who have contributed to development in their various countries.

Rossetta Aliu, Editor-In Chief of the magazine, indicated that the award was intended to motivate individuals and corporate entities who had exhibited excellence in their various fields of endeavor.

She noted that the criteria for the awards was based on profitability, market leadership, earnings, originality, quality brands, integrity, business excellence, good traditional leadership among others

Ms Aliu, who doubles as publisher of the magazine, commended Dr Kwaku Frimpong, Chief Executive Officer of Champion Divine Clinic, for distinguishing himself as a crusader to heal, educate and research on herbal issues.

The award citation read; “Champion Divine Clinic is not an ordinary run of the mill clinic, for it is treading where boldly where orthodox practitioners are reluctant to approach”.
Meanwhile, Dr. Kwaku Frimpong called for closer collaboration between orthodox and herbal to combine efforts to meet the challenges facing the health needs of Ghanaian.

“This recognition gives me the impetus to do more to serve the nation and the world at large,” he added

The health facility, which was established in 2002, specializes in fertility issues and also treats fibroid, ovarian cyst, ovarian tube blocks, stones in kidney, hypertension, stroke, diabetes and arthritis without surgical operations

Other award winners included Sylvester Mensah, Chief Executive officer of  National Health Insurance Authority (NHIA), Alhaji Aliyu Danesi, the Aidonogie of South Ibie in the Edo State of Nigeria, Kalmoni Group of companies, Mohinani Group of Companies, Caitee Group of Companies, CDH Financial Holdings, Japan Motors, Cummings Ghana and Kingdom Books and Stationery.

The rest are L’aine Services Ltd, Qualiplast Ltd, KEK Insurance Brokers Ltd, Ghana Heavy Equipment Ltd, Juaben Rural Bank, Bel-Aqua Ltd,  McDan Shipping Ltd, Devtracco Ltd, T.T. Brothers Ltd., Zenith Bank PLC of Nigeria,  COBENAM of Benin, Golden Tulip Kumasi City, Jislah Financial Services Ltd, Nwabiagya Rural Bank, Ahanta Rural Bank and Lower Pra Rural Bank.
