By Osagyefo’s own neocolonial analysis of society, the Mills deputy ministers belong to the comprador class. The comprador class is the elite citizenry comprising military, intelligentsia, traditional and religious leaders, bureaucrats, business and professional bourgeoisie. They front for others, especially aliens, to deplete the motherland’s resources, helping develop underdevelopment.
They are the discredited, traitor, konkontibaa minister, Matthew debt collecting squad, the comprador minister kids kidding all over the place, defending wanton stealing from the motherland’s kitty to pay criminally concocted judgment debts.
In KOSA Illustrious House parlance, they are small figs. They are small figs who know so little about life that they should never have been entrusted with the onerous responsibility of deputising for a minister of the motherland state.
For nineteen years and six days from December 31, 1981 to January 6, 2001, and for the past three years, six months, and ten days, they and their mentors have been managing the motherland’s economy 22 out of the total of 55 years of her life of existence. Their aggregate performance is the current conversion of the economy into an ecomini of judgment debt payment.
Some of these kiddies were probably in diapers or piotoless when, with force, their forbear mentors deceitfully hijacked our democracy. Having been born of deceit, they remain aggressively deceitful.
First it was insults from them. They worked so hard to establish a culture of insults in our politicking. And then they crafted judgment debts by which, to all intent and purposes, they have enriched themselves filthily.
Every judgment debt payment they have thrown out there has ended blowing up in their face. Yet they are unperturbed, perhaps because there is none to hold them in check and tell them to shut up.
Look at their infantile vile propaganda only a Hitler machine will peddle. Nana Addo-Dankwa Akufo-Addo, as Attorney-General of the motherland, paid a judgment debt of USD1 million. So, Mrs Betty Mould-Iddrisu as Attorney-General was justified in paying one person GH¢51 million (other payments not added).
As said, the main anti-development role of the comprador is to front for, or act as the local faces of foreign exploiters. So, for the foreign businessman or investor seeking to rape the motherland’s resources, all they need is procuring some deputy minister as conduit for canalizing stolen resources.
In this unprecedented regime of judgment debt payments, as if ministers were appointed to pay judgment debts, deputies of all kinds have come out strongly in defence of so-called businesses and businesspeople who have ended up skimming huge sums of money off the motherland’s coffers.
Deputies of all kinds, staff, attorneys-general, water resources and works or information, have boldly come out in defence of exploiters of the motherland and against the interests of the motherland entrusted into their hands with the mandate of governance to protect. CP, Isofoton, STX, Waterville, more and more.
These days, you can hear publicly from people who had headed citizen vetting committees, kangaroo courts by all standards, crowing admonitions and threats that they would testify for imperialist exploiters, foreign and domestic, against the motherland. Victimised is the motherland from whom they have benefitted a galloper they took a-galloping all over the Legon campus of the University of Ghana in their sojourn there.
And if you heard shameless shrill-voiced master sergeant benyiwa, she cannot appreciate that recognize J.A. Kufour gave the people she is lording or ladying over, a motorable road out of the un-motorable Kasoa to Yamoransa road bequeathed to his administration. She equally forgets precious tap-flowing potable water Oguaaman had never known before the action president; not since the CPP years. She is shrilling garbage all over.
Someone was wondering on radio why in the midst of all the accusations and factual improprieties, the chief executive of Ghana Inc. has not said a word. That shouldn’t be a wonder. There is nothing for him to say because whatever he says will hardly make any difference since none of his comprador kids have ears for him. They are kid monarchs of all they survey. Deputies as they are, they can just lift the phone as instruct payment of judgment debts.
Besides, talking saps a lot of energy. When you have jogged away the little check-up injected energy, nothing is left for talking judgment debt cessation. Ask colleague teachers who have to speak endlessly but received spineless single spine as their reward on earth. The pre-election teacher solidarity now reads continue to wait for your reward in heaven.
As for my compatriots, I am awaiting December 7, to measure their level of discernment. Everyone says they are discerning. I am not convinced yet given the disastrous direction they thumbed on December 7, and 28 2008, plus January 1, 2009; thumbing into government greedy bastards young and old, male and female.
