Tesano Dolphins Grab 20 Medals…In Germany

Ghana’s foremost swimming club, the Tesano Dolphins, under the auspices of the Ghana Swimming Association, will on Saturday June 30 present the medals it won in Germany recently to the public, at the Tesano Sports Club in Accra.

The Tesano Dolphins participated in the Arnsberg International Swimming Clubs competition, which took place from 25-29 May, 2012, with a team of 14 (4 boys 10 girls), placed 15th out of 45 clubs (43 of which were from Europe) and hauled a total of 20 medals.

The event will therefore officially outdoor the categories of medals won and the swimmers who achieved this feat.

Expected to grace the occasion are officials of the National Sports Authority, Executives of Ghana Swimming Association, Council Members of Tesano Sports Club, parents of swimmers, sponsors, prospective sponsors, swimming enthusiasts and the media.

The programme starts at 2:00pm.
