The Minister of Finance and other top government officials who would be needed to enable the security agents make appreciable headway in their investigations are unable to show up because the Castle is not comfortable with the outcome of such an engagement.

A source hinted that those who expect government to be more forthcoming in the matter will be disappointed as the seeming feet-dragging approach is part of the grand strategy put in place to delay the process.
